Since the health context makes it no longer possible to organise our monthly outings, the Economic and Social Committee (ESC) wanted to offer an alternative to employees seeking a different way of getting together. After conducting a brief survey, we contacted a private sports coach offering sports sessions via videoconference.
Roxane Pereira, elected member of the ESC, is in charge of the project.

The schedule is drawn up three months in advance based on two one-hour sessions per month. Approximately ten employees attend each sports session and some have not missed a single one since the initiative began.
