The Caderas Martin firm chose to support the Espérance Banlieues Association by contributing financially to the opening of the Cours La Galiote in Poissy in the department of Yvelines.
The mission of the Espérance Banlieues Association is to offer a real chance of success to children living in priority neighbourhoods. Starting from the belief that each child represents a hope for the future, the association establishes schools in difficult neighbourhoods.
In 2021, more than 800 students from kindergarten to secondary school are enrolled in the 17 schools of the network.
The pedagogical project is built on three pillars: teaching, education, and appreciation of French culture. This enables the children to acquire the fundamentals of schooling, to become responsible, and to feel part of a community that they are helping to build within French society.
We were immediately attracted to the Espérance Banlieues project.
Antoine Gaubert, President
It meets a serious need and complements the national education system thanks to its personalised teaching approach. Restoring confidence to these children who are in doubt is a project close to our heart, as sharing and passing on knowledge is part of our firm’s DNA. We believe in the capacity of each individual to grow and express their potential.
We are hopeful that by funding one year of schooling for a student, we will enable that child to grow both individually and communally.
