Electronic invoicing: 2024, 2026 or 2027?

What’s new following amendment N°I-5395, published on October 17, 2023?

Caderas Martin brings you a full update on electronic invoicing, E-invoicing and E-reporting.

This new amendment stipulates that the system will come into force :

September 1, 2026 for large companies and ETIs
September 1, 2027 for VSEs and SMEs.

However, these dates will only become definitive if they are adopted as they stand by the legislature.

Whatever the subsequent adjustments, it remains essential that all economic players maintain their efforts to comply with the new provisions.
