Experienced payroll manager

- Open-ended employment contract (CDI) -

We are looking for an experienced payroll manager with at least two years working knowledge in a public accounting firm, for a full-time permanent position. Working hours are determined within the framework of an adjustment agreement based on an average of 35 hours per week, together with compensation days.

Mission

Your portfolio will consist of approximately thirty clients with whom you will be in contact on a daily basis by either phone or email.
  • Within our Social Department, you will be responsible for assisting the clients in your portfolio.
  • You will be in charge of preparing the payroll, the electronic social declarations package (DSN), and the monitoring thereof.
  • You will liaise directly with the clients with a view toward detecting their needs and providing recommendations as part of our support missions.
  • You may be called upon to work on consultancy assignments involving employment law and human resource management with the support of your department manager.

Profile

  • You are able to document a minimum of two years’ experience working in payroll within a Chartered accounting firm.
  • You are well organized, highly motivated and proactive.
  • You enjoy working in a team and you have a good ability to integrate yourself within an organization.
  • You can handle stress during periods of high output.
  • You have prior experience working with the SILAE payroll software.

  • Workplace location: Paris 8th district as well as teleworking days on a voluntary basis after a trial period.
  • Contract: Open-ended employment contract (CDI) for 35-hours annualized including compensation days.
