After a two-year training program with the CCEF, Fabrice Vidal obtained the « specialisation in business valuation » certificate.

Thus, he joins the college of reviewers of the Company of Financial Advisors and Experts (CCEF). This allows Caderas Martin to strengthen its skills in business valuation, a sensitive topic for our clients both in the event of an acquisition, sale, donation, or restructuring transaction, etc. as well as in evaluating the assets in their annual and consolidated financial statements.
