We are pleased to announce that Laurent Dantan has been co-opted as Chairman of Caderas Martin.
Managing Director since 2015, Laurent started his career in 1989 as a junior associate with the firm. In addition to his involvement in the Japan desk, for which he will be responsible, Laurent has worked hard on the firm’s digital transition and also on its development. Among others, Laurent assists international groups and French SMEs, sometimes in the context of restructurings, and initiate the development of new skills in the field of CSR within the firm.
Laurent will be assisted by Marie Hélène Volpe and Fabrice Vidal, who will be Managing Directors, as well as by a Management Committee which will also include Pierre-Olivier Cointe and Jean-François Romain.
In addition to her mandate as Managing Director, Marie Hélène Volpe will continue to act as Director of Human Resources. Marie Hélène is committed to developing the attractiveness of our jobs, particularly with schools, and to enabling everyone to develop professionally and personally. She speaks Spanish and Portuguese and represents the firm at the Franco-Spanish Chamber of Commerce. Marie Hélène is also an independent director and, as such, can be called upon by boards of directors for her recognized skills.
Fabrice Vidal has also been appointed Managing Director and is involved on a daily basis in developing and perpetuating the firm and the profession. He is in charge of the Nordik desk, a member of the CCEF’s college of evaluators, a member of the board of the IFEC Paris – Ile-de-France and an elected member of the Paris CRCC and the CNCC, where he chairs the PE markets commission.
Marie Hélène and Fabrice have both spent most of their careers with the firm, which they joined in 1999 (respectively as senior associates and trainee), before being promoted to partner in 2007 and then to board member in 2017.
